We purchased a chameleon which was shipped FedEx. Chamalot checked with FedEx to see what time they could guarantee delivery. Because of my location, they could not guarantee delivery before 4pm which would have meant the chameleon being on the truck all day. Chamalot contacted me to see if wanted to have the chameleon held at the FedEx facility to be picked up by me. I chose that option. The chameleon arrived healthy and he is very cute! They even sent a care pamphlet with helpful information and suggestions.

I live in Michigan and it is way to cold in the winter to ship a cham! Dessirae was exceptionally understandable about this and let me choose my male panther in February and them she sent it out in April, when it was warm enough. At that point she was sold out of males and if it wasn't for her holding mine I would have been outta luck! It has been 3 months since I have had Leviathan and he is absolutely AMAZING. Very healthy and happy little boy. I am planning on buying more chams from Chamalot Chameleons due to the awesome customer service! Thanks again guys.

The male panther chameleon I ordered from Chamalot arrived the following morning in good health. He is starting to show a little color. Looking forward to watching him grow up.
